Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kosmos. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags attached).
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@kosmos.org.uk. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kosmos.org.uk. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Return the original purchase following the steps above. Once we accept it, place a new order for the replacement item to get it as quickly as possible.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason—no explanation needed. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact us at info@kosmos.org.uk to begin.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, email us at info@kosmos.org.uk.
